Keith Grinnage arranged with Studio Green, a Royal Pest client, to hold our January 2012 Tech Training at their facility. John Moore did a thorough presentation on German cockroaches in their TV/Movie room. Studio Green treated us to lunch then our guys broke off into teams headed by our Fantastic Four Managers to put this new knowledge into practice by doing the pest control service for the property. The folks at Studio Green were thrilled we were there, attended John's presentation, asked questions and got a more complete understanding of how well-informed our guys are, and how involved our service is at their apartments.
